FD Robot Training and Operation
To ensure safety and productive learning outcomes, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
Prior Welding Experience: Minimum 1 year of manual MIG welding or completion of OTC DAIHEN basic robotic systems training.
Safety Gear Compliance: Students must provide their own ANSI-approved auto-darkening welding helmet, flame-resistant jacket, and leather welding gloves.
Age Requirement: All registered participants must be 18 years of age or older at the start date of the course.
Please have the following scanned files and information ready for upload:
Employer Sponsorship Letter: A PDF letter confirming company authorization.
Payment Method Details: Credit Card, Corporate PO, or pre-approved voucher.
Welding Certifications (Optional): Any current AWS credentials.
Follow these steps to complete your enrollment:
Student Information: Contact, address, and primary company details.
Payment Details: Corporate billing information or course voucher.
Course Information: Confirm dates, session timing, and goals.
Equipment Information: Note custom power source and tooling setups.
