Our history

Since our founding on December 1, 1919, Daihen has supported the evolution of global manufacturing through power equipment, welding machines, industrial robots, and EV charging systems.

At Daihen America Inc., we shape the future of manufacturing with secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions. Our U.S.-based team is large enough to handle complex automation projects while staying close enough to deliver practical, dependable results.

Our foundation

In 1985, the parent company name was changed to DAIHEN Corporation, and at the same time, the company established the corporate philosophy of “reliability and creativity”. Recently, DAIHEN Corporation name changed to DAIHEN America Inc. and we still follow this philosophy.
